Se fundan las cooperativas "Getafe Capital del Sur" y "Getafe Cuna de la Aviación Española", bajo la dirección de la gestora Propietarios del Suelo de Getafe (PSG), propiedad de David Moreno Pingarrón. Durante los siguientes 4 años, sus aproximadamente 1800 socios hacen las aportaciones económicas (entre 25.000 y 31.000 €) estipuladas hasta juntar un capital aproximado de 53 millones de €.

Como marca la ley, las cooperativas subscriben un seguro con la empresa Houston Casualty Company Europe (HCCE), una multinacional perteneciente al grupo empresarial Houston Casualty Companies Holding, con sedes en EEUU (Houston, Jersey, Farmington, Miami...) o Reino Unido, que asegura que las cuentas son intervenidas y que avala que las cantidades de dinero que salen son única y exclusivamente para el proyecto promotor.

Año 2009.

Han pasado 5 años y las cooperativas "Getafe Capital del Sur" y "Getafe Cuna de la Aviación Española" están prácticamente en la ruina. Han despedido a la gestora PSG y se han querellado contra su administrador único, David Moreno Pingarrón, por Estafa, Apropiación Indebida, Administración Desleal e Insolvencia Punible.
¿Y el dinero? De momento no se sabe donde está, el juez lo está investigando. Pero hay una cosa muy clara: el seguro no ha velado porque el dinero de los socios cooperativistas fuera destinado al proyecto promotor, pues no se ha puesto ni un sólo ladrillo y las arcas de las cooperativas están vacías. Por tanto, siendo como es el seguro quien avalaba nuestro dinero, se tiene que hacer responsable del mismo. Y no sólo no lo está haciendo, si no que además no tiene intención alguna de hacerlo. HCCE se niega rotundamente, como así lo ha manifestado en varias ocasiones, a devolver las cantidades aportadas por os socios.
Y 1800 familias sin dinero, sin casa y sin ilusiones. Pero con ganas de luchar porque se haga justicia. Por eso, convocamos una concentración de protesta para el próximo 16 de diciembre a las 18:30h en la sede de HCCE, en la C/Chile, 8 de Las Rozas (Madrid).
